Public Programming and Events

Through seminars, conferences, and public events, the Center promotes open dialogue, debate, and the exchange of ideas. From policy discussions to scientific conferences to art and film exhibitions, a high-profile series of conferences and events at the new Center will increase the global visibility of the University by linking pre-eminent scholarship with issues of public interest and concern.

Study Abroad

From art history to urban studies to astronomy and beyond, Paris is home to the largest number of Study Abroad’s hallmark quarter-long, faculty-led programs that transport the College curriculum and faculty abroad to consider the impact of texts, events, and ideas in the places and contexts from which they emerged.

Graduate Students in Residence

Under the leadership of the academic director, a dozen or more graduate students in residence pursue their research at the Center in Paris.
